Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box to prevent damage to delicate stems and petals during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
